What kind of information do you need from us to create a website?

There are a number of criteria and information we need to be able to provide you with a succesful and to-your-liking website:

• Company information and contact details.
• What is your estimated budget?
  
• Does the company have an existing website? 
  • If so what is the web address?
  • Who is currently hosting it?
  • How do we get access to it?
• How many pages are we discussing?
  • Start (Home) page
  • Number of childpages?
• Are you interested in having E-commerce on your site?
• Do you wish to have a picture gallery?
• Do you have a particular colour scheme in mind?
• Can you provide copywrite text or will you need assistance in copywriting?
• Does the company have existing pictures that can be used for the project?
• Links to eg. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace?
• Colorscheme? Light, dark, fresh, cool, informative, selling?

What do you need to be able to produce printable information for us?

Besides the obvious of what is the printable to be used for and where, there are a few key points that need to be addressed. Such as: 

• Company information and contact details?
• What is your estimated budget?
• Do you have existing copywriting (text) that we can use?
• Do you have pictures in high resolution (minimum 300dpi)?
• Do you have an existing logo we are to use, this also needs to be in mimimum 300 dpi. 
• Do you have a catchfrase or a slogan you want to get across?
• Are you running an advert in a newspaper or magazine? If so - do you know if the publication uses matt or glossy paper?
• Colorscheme?

What kind of events do you cater to?

So far we have arranged weddings and babyshowers, they have been successes. The plan is to be able to cater to whatever event and/or venue our customer is planning for. 

What are the biggest questions to address when planning an event?

• Budget, budget, budget & budget
• When is the event?
• Where is the event? Do you already have a venue?
• RSVP before which date?
• Number of people invited? Only for adults or are children allowed? If so how many children?
• Do you have any specific traditions to consider?
• How many meetings will be required before the event takes place? 
• Colourscheme?
• Theme?
